Who we are
Our site's web address is: https://royal-joker-25.online.
Comments
On our platform, when guests submit their feedback, we gather the details provided in the comment section, along with the user's IP address and browser user agent string to aid in identifying spam.
A unique, unidentifiable string derived from your email address (commonly referred to as a hash) may be shared with the Gravatar service to verify your usage. The Gravatar service’s privacy guidelines can be accessed here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment receives approval, your public profile image becomes visible alongside your posted remark.
Media
When sharing photos on the website, ensure you remove any embedded location details (EXIF GPS information) beforehand. Users browsing the site have the ability to download and retrieve location data from uploaded images.
Cookies
When posting a comment on our platform, you can choose to store your name, email, and website in cookies for ease of use. This feature prevents the need to re-enter your information for future comments. The cookies will remain active for twelve months.
When accessing our sign-in portal, a temporary cookie is placed to verify your browser's cookie settings. This cookie holds no private details and is removed upon browser closure.
Upon signing in, we establish multiple cookies to retain your login details and display preferences. Login cookies remain active for a 48-hour period, while screen setting cookies are valid for one year. Opting for the "Remember Me" feature extends your login session to a fortnight. Should you choose to sign out, all login cookies will be promptly deleted.
When you modify or post a piece of content, a supplementary cookie is stored on your device. This data file contains no private details and only notes the identifier for the entry you recently updated. It lapses in 24 hours.
Integrated content sourced from external sites
Posts found here could contain integrated media (like clips, photographs, write-ups, and similar). Such integrated media from external sites acts precisely as though the user directly navigated to that alternative website.
These platforms might gather your personal details, utilize cookies, incorporate external tracking tools, and observe how you engage with such integrated materials. This includes monitoring your interactions if you possess an account and are currently signed into that particular site.
Who receives access to your data
When a password reset is initiated, the email notification will also contain your IP address.
How long we store your personal information
When you post a comment, both the comment and its associated metadata are preserved permanently. This enables our system to automatically identify and authorize any subsequent comments, bypassing the need to keep them in a review queue.
For individuals who create an account on our site (should they choose to do so), we retain the private details they submit within their user profile. Every account holder has the ability to view, modify, or remove their own personal data whenever they wish (though usernames remain fixed and cannot be altered). Site administrators also have access to view and adjust these details.
You maintain full ownership of the information you share.
Should you possess an account or have previously submitted comments, you may ask for an exported record of the private information we hold about you, covering all details you have supplied. Additionally, you have the right to ask that we permanently delete any personal details we hold about you. This privilege excludes any data required to be retained for regulatory, administrative, or protective reasons.
